Our verdict

Worth it for agencies, shops and business sites that earn money from WordPress and need fast support and staging. Personal blogs and small budgets are better served elsewhere, since the entry plan is $35 a month for one site. Plans also cap storage and visits or bandwidth, and extra sites cost $30 a month each.

The pricing table is hard to read by tier, and a separate 'Launch' card ($35, 75,000 visits, 15 GB) appears next to the Single plans, so only the clearly labelled plans are listed. Phone support is mentioned on the WordPress page via the contact menu, while TechRadar's summary says there is no phone support; this was not confirmed. Prices exclude tax. Terms: annual prices are the yearly totals divided by 12 ($350, $700, $3,400); the page rounds the per-month figure up ($30, $59, $284). The first month free applies to both terms on Single 35k, Single 20GB and WP 2. The Agency prices ($340 monthly, $3,400 a year) match the WP 20 card in the pricing data.
